from concept creation to final delivery of your finished product.
Again, with over 30 years combined industry experience, our production team
know how to help in every way possible to reflect your needs and requirements
on screen!
Production process
Pre-Production - From a pre-production meeting to discuss any ideas
you already have through to our team who will develop a fresh, unique concept
to bring to the screen for you. All the while we are focused on who your
audience will be and how to present your information.
From this evolves the requirements to produce your video - lighting, editing,
special/live effects, graphics and animations, these are just a few of the
items that may be needed. Once a 'rundown' has been developed we move onto
the writing process - the best way to present the information, be it using
on-camera talent, video with voice-over, music and visuals or a combination
of them all.
The script would then be forwarded to you, for your review and approval.
Once approved - time to move onto:
Production - This is where we shoot and step through the script -
bringing together your production team with all the requirements discussed
during the pre-production process. Each day is different during every production.
We may deviate from the original script, as what may have worked well on
paper, may not have sounded or translated too well on screen. Adjustments
may be required, be they minor or major. Finally, each day, we review the
tapes to make sure there are no discrepancies.
Post-Production - The final combination before delivery of the finished
product. The editing process is when we combine all the video, audio and
graphic elements to complete your production. We put together an 'off-line
edit' of your production for your review and approval, with the ability for
you to make revisions. Once you have had time to review the off-line, and
approvals or revisions have been made, we then move to the online process.
After the online session is complete we put your production through a stringent
number of industry checks for quality control. Final revision would be forwarded
to you for final approval prior to:
Delivery - We take the final online version of your production for
pressing to master, this could be a broadcast master, dvd, web delivery formats
or duplication.
